What I built, why, and what it changed.

Demo project

Points system: two Telegram bots + Google Sheets

Problem
A café team tracks reward points on paper and in chats. Entries get lost, some are counted twice, and nobody trusts the totals.
Solution
Two Telegram bots share one Google Sheet. One bot can only deduct points, the other can award and deduct. Only people listed in the sheet can act, every operation needs a confirmation, and each one gets a unique ID so double taps never count twice.
Result
An append-only log with an ID, time and author for every change, balances calculated by formulas that never drift, and 105 automated tests.

AI chat assistant for a dental clinic

Problem
A clinic's reception answers the same questions all day: prices, opening hours, insurance, parking. Patients who write in the evening wait until morning, and some never come back.
Solution
A chat window on the clinic's website answers from the clinic's own documents and says "I don't know" instead of guessing. It never gives medical advice, sends urgent messages straight to the phone number, and hands the conversation to the team: a reply from Telegram appears in the patient's chat.
Result
Tested with Claude on 43 real questions: 43 correct, including questions in Spanish and Lithuanian, refusals of medical advice, emergencies and attempts to override its rules. About 0.13 cents per answer. Every conversation is logged to Google Sheets with a list of questions the documents didn't cover, and staff can answer from their phone. 125 automated tests.
